WHY VISIT

St Blaize Trail

 

 

Enjoy the 13.5 km cliffside hike between Cape St. Blaize Lighthouse in Mossel Bay and Dana Bay (rated moderate, reasonable fitness required). Expect stunning views, with possible whale sightings.

Zipline

 

 

Experience the longest over-the-ocean zipline in the world! Stretching over 1.1km in length and situated nearly 90 meters above sea level, explorers can expect dizzying speeds of over 80km per hour.

Craft a unique 500 ml bottle of gin, using several ingredients of your own choice, at the Cape St Blaize artisanal distillery. Visitors can also enjoy gin tastings and a factory tour at the facility.

Mail a postcard from the 500-year-old post office tree. See a life-size replica of Bartolomeus Dias' caravel. Visit the shell museum, ethno-botanical garden, and the small aquarium.

Take on the biggest and longest sandboard ride in South Africa! Dragon Dune is 170 m high, 350 m long, and offer maximum speeds of 90km/h. Baby and Big-Boy dunes provide fun for beginners.
